How To Infuse Grilled Pork Chops
Herbs have natural medicinal oils, and if you know how to use them you can get great results from them. Whenever you grill, lay a bed of herbs in the vessel you plan on resting the meat in. When the hot protein comes into contact with the herbs they release a natural perfume that infuses your final product. I've used basil, rosemary, tarragon w/ a little mint and finished with a GOOD EVOO then cover with a tea towel for 20 minutes.
